It may have just been me, but there are only 3 tracks I actually like coming off this list: Entertainment, Chloroform and Oblique City. It's strange, but I guess I was expecting much more. I have been completely obsessed with Daughter! Her new album comes out in a few days (or hours by the time this post goes up) and im ecstatic! This song is so lovely and her voice is just...melty... Is melty an okay adjective to use right here? If not, Oh Well!

I'm Totally Fan-Girling Right Now

I can't believe I didn't see this anywhere but according to Metacritic, Daughters 'If You Leave' is out in...a little over a day!

Oh my gosh, I'm going to have a fit! Daughter has such heavy, deep lyrics and her voice is just silk. If I were to ever have a girl crush, Elena Torna would definitely be it! Anyways, this just just a small blurp that I had to get out there! My fangirling has begun, so I can barely type!

M.I.A Explanation

Okay, guys. I missed Mondays Mashup & a new thing I'm going to do every Saturday called 'Soulful Saturday'. I'll explain each of those on an upcoming page.

As of late, I have been really...mental. Ha ha, depressed I mean. I've been curled up in bed since Saturday  not really wanting to eat, sleep or move. Everyone has their ups and downs, mine are just more frequent of the latter. But, I'm back and today I took a trip to the library on my errand run and FINALLY got some more books! Only two, because I've been planning on reading them and one of them is a lot to read!

I'll use schedule posting just so that I don't get side tracked again, because this blog really helps me focus. Being ADHD is hard, but blogging and actually having something to do with my time is wonderful!

Most post being thought of as we speak! Plus I have that Phoenix album and more to go listen to!

Upcoming Releases For April!

These are some of my most anticipated albums of Spring2013! I'm so excited! I cannot wait to get my hands on them!

*Note: I only listen to indie, folk, acoustic, and alternative so that's what I'll be letting you get a taste of!

1.) Bankrupt! by Phoenix - april 23rd
This is one I'm about to have a baby about! I'm literally counting down the days until this album is completely released! Phoenix is such an amazing band and have a special place in my heart! A song that was released off this album was Entertainment. I fell in love, guys.

2.) Wheel by Laura Stevenson - april 23rd
She's a new addition to my iPhone. I'm not a raving fan, but her music will grow on me. I haven't really given it a chance, but maybe this new album will turn my thoughts around!

3.) Such Hot Blood by The Airborne Toxic Event - april 30th
I was a HUGE fan when they first came out, but I've kind of gotten off the bandwagon a bit. Listening to the EP of this album has definitely sparked some interest up again! I'm anxious for this new release!

4.) Ghost on Ghost by Iron and Wine - yesterday!!
Yeah, I missed it :( But I can't wait to go out and buy this album! Iron and Wine are just..no words!
